Murabahah Bil Wakalah Financing in Islamic Banks
Abstrak
Murabahah is buying and selling of goods with the addition of a margin as profit to be obtained by the bank. The research method used in this article is the analysis of the literature which originates from books and scientific articles that discuss the same issue. The results of the study show that Murabahah bil wakalah is a hybrid contract. Murabahah bil wakalah is fully a transaction of purchasing goods or using services that are handed over to customers by granting a power of attorney used by customers to purchase Murabahah objects as stipulated in the Sharia Banking Act and the DSN-MUI Fatwa.
