Abstrak

. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the practice of broiler farming partnerships in Tosora Village, Wajo Regency from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research is a qualitative field research, using a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document review. Data processing is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed that the partnership system pattern for broiler chicken farming in Tosora Village, Wajo Regency used a contract system pattern, in which both parties each contributed. The company provides capital in the form of sapronak, marketing guarantees, price certainty, and assistance. Meanwhile, breeders run stable operations and prepare everything needed. The pattern of the partnership system in the study of Islamic economics is the practice of musharakah contracts. The five principles in Islamic business ethics which include unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and benevolence have been well realized except for the principle of responsibility which is considered weak due to due to social impacts, such as the spread of flies in settlements which until now has not been handled properly.
